وَكَذَٰلِكَ نُفَصِّلُ ٱلْـَٔايَـٰتِ وَلَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُونَ
TRANSLITERATION
Wakadhālika nufaṣṣilul-āyāti walaʿallahum yarjiʿūn

We thus elaborate the revelations, so that they may return.
