Purpose and recipients

We use the name, email, subject, optional message and submission metadata to review and respond to requests, prevent abuse and keep a correspondence record. Authorized administrators can view the inbox. Form submissions are not published or sent to advertising or analytics tools. Comments follow a separate moderation process; the display name and comment may be public after approval.

Storage and security

Records are stored on our US-hosted server. Contact records remain in the active database for up to 365 days unless deleted earlier. The form uses short-lived verification challenges and rate limits; IP addresses used by these checks are not written to the contact table. Hosting logs are separate. HTTPS and authenticated administrator access protect transmission and inbox access, but no system guarantees absolute security.

Use the email address above to ask about information you sent. Include enough context to locate it without unnecessary sensitive documents. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing or grant optional analytics permission.
