What this site stores

You can read without an account. Bookmarks, reading position and display preferences stay in this browser until cleared. Contact forms send the name, email, subject, optional message and submission time to our inbox. If you submit a comment, its display name and text become public only after moderation and your publication choice.

Statistics and optional services

Current configuration: Google Analytics not configured; Google ads not active. If Google Analytics is configured, it can send cookieless measurement signals when a page opens, including before analytics-cookie consent. These signals may include page, timing and technical connection data; cookieless does not mean completely anonymous. Analytics cookies, this site's counters and other optional measurement code follow your analytics choice. Reading a religious page can reveal sensitive interests. Contact messages are not sent to Analytics.

Use “Privacy choices” in the footer to change your analytics choice. Read Google's data-use explanation. Local event records are retained for up to 90 days and use hashed browser/session identifiers rather than stored IP addresses.

Advertising

If enabled, Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies to show ads based on visits to this and other websites. Manage Google's personalized advertising at My Ad Center and participating vendors through YourAdChoices. Advertising choices are also available through the configured consent platform when ads are active. Sponsored placements are labeled. Our reading tools do not create religious-interest advertising profiles.

Hosting, access and retention

The application is hosted through Contabo on a server in the United States. Authorized administrators access messages. Infrastructure security logs may contain IP addresses, request paths and times. Contact messages and consent receipts are removed from the active database after 365 days. Backups and legally required records may have separate retention periods. Browser identifiers are not a count of actual people.

Clear bookmarks from the Bookmarks page, clear this site's browser storage, change privacy choices, or contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted. Applicable rights depend on your location and circumstances. We may request proportionate information to verify a request; an account is not required.

Children and sensitive information

This is a general reading site. We do not ask children to create accounts. Do not submit a child's personal information or sensitive details in comments. Contact us if you believe such information was submitted so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
