101 Al-A'raf 7:101

تِلْكَ ٱلْقُرَىٰ نَقُصُّ عَلَيْكَ مِنْ أَنۢبَآئِهَا ۚ وَلَقَدْ جَآءَتْهُمْ رُسُلُهُم بِٱلْبَيِّنَـٰتِ فَمَا كَانُوا۟ لِيُؤْمِنُوا۟ بِمَا كَذَّبُوا۟ مِن قَبْلُ ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ يَطْبَعُ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِ ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ

TRANSLITERATION

Tilkal-qurā naquṣṣu ʿalayka min ambāʾihā, walaqad jāʾathum rusuluhum bil-bayyināt, famā kānū liyuʾminū bimā kadhdhabū min qabl, kadhālika yaṭbaʿullāhu ʿalā qulūbil-kāfirīn

ENGLISH TRANSLATION · TALAL ITANI

These towns—We narrate to you some of their tales. Their messengers came to them with the clear signs, but they would not believe in what they had rejected previously. Thus God seals the hearts of the disbelievers.
