100 Al-A'raf 7:100

أَوَلَمْ يَهْدِ لِلَّذِينَ يَرِثُونَ ٱلْأَرْضَ مِنۢ بَعْدِ أَهْلِهَآ أَن لَّوْ نَشَآءُ أَصَبْنَـٰهُم بِذُنُوبِهِمْ ۚ وَنَطْبَعُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمْ فَهُمْ لَا يَسْمَعُونَ

TRANSLITERATION

Awalam yahdi lilladhīna yarithūnal-arḍa mim baʿdi ahlihā al law nashāʾu aṣabnāhum bidhunūbihim, wanaṭbaʿu ʿalā qulūbihim fahum lā yasmaʿūn

ENGLISH TRANSLATION · TALAL ITANI

Is it not guidance for those who inherit the land after its inhabitants, that if We willed, We could strike them for their sins? And seal up their hearts, so that they would not hear?
