إِنَّا قَدْ أُوحِىَ إِلَيْنَآ أَنَّ ٱلْعَذَابَ عَلَىٰ مَن كَذَّبَ وَتَوَلَّىٰ
Innā qad ūḥiya ilaynā annal-ʿadhāba ʿalā man kadhdhaba watawallā
It was revealed to us that the punishment falls upon him who disbelieves and turns away.’”
