فَسَخَّرْنَا لَهُ ٱلرِّيحَ تَجْرِى بِأَمْرِهِۦ رُخَآءً حَيْثُ أَصَابَ
Fasakhkharnā lahur-rīḥa tajrī biʾamrihī rukhāʾan ḥaythu aṣāb
So We placed the wind at his service, blowing gently by his command, wherever he directed.
