قَالَ يَـٰقَوْمِ أَرَهْطِىٓ أَعَزُّ عَلَيْكُم مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَٱتَّخَذْتُمُوهُ وَرَآءَكُمْ ظِهْرِيًّا ۖ إِنَّ رَبِّى بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ مُحِيطٌ
TRANSLITERATION
Qāla yāqawmi arahṭī aʿazzu ʿalaykum minallāh, wattakhadhtumūhu warāʾakum ẓihriyyā, inna rabbī bimā taʿmalūna muḥīṭ
ENGLISH TRANSLATION · TALAL ITANI
He said, “O my people, is my tribe more important to you than God? And you have turned your backs on Him? My Lord comprehends everything you do.”
