وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِى فِى ٱلسَّمَآءِ إِلَـٰهٌ وَفِى ٱلْأَرْضِ إِلَـٰهٌ ۚ وَهُوَ ٱلْحَكِيمُ ٱلْعَلِيمُ
Wahuwal-ladhī fis-samāʾi ilāhuw wafil-arḍi ilāh, wahuwal-ḥakīmul-ʿalīm
It is He who is God in heaven, and God on earth. He is the Wise, the Knower.
