إِنَّ ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ فِى عَذَابِ جَهَنَّمَ خَـٰلِدُونَ

Innal-mujrimīna fī ʿadhābi jahannama khālidūn

As for the sinners, they will be in the torment of Hell forever.
