كَذَٰلِكَ أَرْسَلْنَـٰكَ فِىٓ أُمَّةٍ قَدْ خَلَتْ مِن قَبْلِهَآ أُمَمٌ لِّتَتْلُوَا۟ عَلَيْهِمُ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَوْحَيْنَآ إِلَيْكَ وَهُمْ يَكْفُرُونَ بِٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ۚ قُلْ هُوَ رَبِّى لَآ إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَإِلَيْهِ مَتَابِ
TRANSLITERATION
Kadhālika arsalnāka fī ummatin qad khalat min qablihā umamul litatluwa ʿalayhimul-ladhī awḥaynā ilayka wahum yakfurūna bir-raḥmān, qul huwa rabbī lā ilāha illā huw, ʿalayhi tawakkaltu waʾilayhi matāb
ENGLISH TRANSLATION · TALAL ITANI
Thus We sent you among a community before which other communities have passed away, that you may recite to them what We revealed to you. Yet they deny the Benevolent One. Say, “He is my Lord; there is no god but He; in Him I trust, and to Him is my repentance.”
