هُوَ ٱلَّذِى يُرِيكُمُ ٱلْبَرْقَ خَوْفًا وَطَمَعًا وَيُنشِئُ ٱلسَّحَابَ ٱلثِّقَالَ
Huwal-ladhī yurīkumul-barqa khawfaw waṭamaʿaw wayunshiʾus-saḥābath-thiqāl
It is He who shows you the lightning, causing fear and hope. And He produces the heavy clouds.
