4 An-Nur 24:4

وَٱلَّذِينَ يَرْمُونَ ٱلْمُحْصَنَـٰتِ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَأْتُوا۟ بِأَرْبَعَةِ شُهَدَآءَ فَٱجْلِدُوهُمْ ثَمَـٰنِينَ جَلْدَةً وَلَا تَقْبَلُوا۟ لَهُمْ شَهَـٰدَةً أَبَدًا ۚ وَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْفَـٰسِقُونَ

TRANSLITERATION

Wal-ladhīna yarmūnal-muḥṣanāti thumma lam yaʾtū biʾarbaʿati shuhadāʾa fajlidūhum thamānīna jaldataw walā taqbalū lahum shahādatan abadā, waʾulāʾika humul-fāsiqūn

ENGLISH TRANSLATION · TALAL ITANI

Those who accuse chaste women, then cannot bring four witnesses, whip them eighty lashes, and do not ever accept their testimony. For these are the immoral.
