لَّوْلَآ إِذْ سَمِعْتُمُوهُ ظَنَّ ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنَـٰتُ بِأَنفُسِهِمْ خَيْرًا وَقَالُوا۟ هَـٰذَآ إِفْكٌ مُّبِينٌ
TRANSLITERATION
Lawlā idh samiʿtumūhu ẓannal-muʾminūna wal-muʾminātu biʾanfusihim khayraw waqālū hādhā ifkum mubīn

Why, when you heard about it, the believing men and women did not think well of one another, and say, “This is an obvious lie”?
