إِلَّا ٱلْمُسْتَضْعَفِينَ مِنَ ٱلرِّجَالِ وَٱلنِّسَآءِ وَٱلْوِلْدَٰنِ لَا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ حِيلَةً وَلَا يَهْتَدُونَ سَبِيلًا
TRANSLITERATION
Illal-mustaḍʿafīna minar-rijāli wan-nisāʾi wal-wildāni lā yastaṭīʿūna ḥīlataw walā yahtadūna sabīlā
ENGLISH TRANSLATION · TALAL ITANI
Except for the weak among men, and women, and children who have no means to act, and no means to find a way out.
