فَقَـٰتِلْ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ لَا تُكَلَّفُ إِلَّا نَفْسَكَ ۚ وَحَرِّضِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ ۖ عَسَى ٱللَّهُ أَن يَكُفَّ بَأْسَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ أَشَدُّ بَأْسًا وَأَشَدُّ تَنكِيلًا
TRANSLITERATION
Faqātil fī sabīlillāh, lā tukallafu illā nafsaka waḥarriḍil-muʾminīn, ʿasallāhu ay yakuffa baʾsal-ladhīna kafarū, wallāhu ashaddu baʾsaw waʾashaddu tankīlā
ENGLISH TRANSLATION · TALAL ITANI
So fight in the cause of God; you are responsible only for yourself. And rouse the believers. Perhaps God will restrain the might of those who disbelieve. God is Stronger in Might, and More Punishing.
