إِنَّ ٱلْمُنَـٰفِقِينَ يُخَـٰدِعُونَ ٱللَّهَ وَهُوَ خَـٰدِعُهُمْ وَإِذَا قَامُوٓا۟ إِلَى ٱلصَّلَوٰةِ قَامُوا۟ كُسَالَىٰ يُرَآءُونَ ٱلنَّاسَ وَلَا يَذْكُرُونَ ٱللَّهَ إِلَّا قَلِيلًا
TRANSLITERATION
Innal-munāfiqīna yukhādiʿūnallāha wahuwa khādiʿuhum, waʾidhā qāmū ilaṣ-ṣalāti qāmū kusālā yurāʾūnan-nāsa walā yadhkurūnallāha illā qalīlā
ENGLISH TRANSLATION · TALAL ITANI
The hypocrites try to deceive God, but He is deceiving them. And when they stand for prayer, they stand lazily, showing off in front of people, and remembering God only a little.
