قَالَتْ يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلْمَلَؤُا۟ إِنِّىٓ أُلْقِىَ إِلَىَّ كِتَـٰبٌ كَرِيمٌ

Qālat yā ayyuhal-malaʾu innī ulqiya ilayya kitābun karīm

She said, “O counselors, a gracious letter was delivered to me.
