وَلَقَدْ ءَاتَيْنَا دَاوُۥدَ وَسُلَيْمَـٰنَ عِلْمًا ۖ وَقَالَا ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِى فَضَّلَنَا عَلَىٰ كَثِيرٍ مِّنْ عِبَادِهِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
TRANSLITERATION
Walaqad ātaynā dāwūda wasulaymāna ʿilmā, waqālal-ḥamdu lillāhil-ladhī faḍḍalanā ʿalā kathīrim min ʿibādihil-muʾminīn
ENGLISH TRANSLATION · TALAL ITANI
And We gave David and Solomon knowledge. They said, “Praise God, who has favored us over many of His believing servants.”
