إِلَّا مَن ظَلَمَ ثُمَّ بَدَّلَ حُسْنًۢا بَعْدَ سُوٓءٍ فَإِنِّى غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ
Illā man ẓalama thumma baddala ḥusnam baʿda sūʾin faʾinnī ghafūrur raḥīm
But whoever has done wrong, and then substituted goodness in place of evil. I am Forgiving and Merciful.
