ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمُ ٱسْتَحَبُّوا۟ ٱلْحَيَوٰةَ ٱلدُّنْيَا عَلَى ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَهْدِى ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ
TRANSLITERATION
Dhālika biʾannahumustaḥabbul-ḥayātad-dunyā ʿalal-ākhirati waʾannallāha lā yahdil-qawmal-kāfirīn
ENGLISH TRANSLATION · TALAL ITANI
That is because they have preferred the worldly life to the Hereafter, and because God does not guide the people who refuse.
