وَكَأَيِّن مِّن نَّبِىٍّ قَـٰتَلَ مَعَهُۥ رِبِّيُّونَ كَثِيرٌ فَمَا وَهَنُوا۟ لِمَآ أَصَابَهُمْ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَمَا ضَعُفُوا۟ وَمَا ٱسْتَكَانُوا۟ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ يُحِبُّ ٱلصَّـٰبِرِينَ
TRANSLITERATION
Wakaʾayyim min nabiyyin qātala maʿahū ribbiyyūna kathīr, famā wahanū limā aṣābahum fī sabīlillāhi wamā ḍaʿufū wamastakānū, wallāhu yuḥibbuṣ-ṣābirīn
ENGLISH TRANSLATION · TALAL ITANI
How many a prophet fought alongside him numerous godly people? They did not waver for what afflicted them in the cause of God, nor did they weaken, nor did they give in. God loves those who endure.
