بَلَىٰ قَـٰدِرِينَ عَلَىٰٓ أَن نُّسَوِّىَ بَنَانَهُۥ
TRANSLITERATION
Balā qādirīna ʿalā an nusawwiya banānah

Yes indeed; We are Able to reconstruct his fingertips.
