تَبَـٰرَكَ ٱلَّذِى بِيَدِهِ ٱلْمُلْكُ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
Tabārakal-ladhī biyadihil-mulk, wahuwa ʿalā kulli shayʾin qadīr
Blessed is He in whose hand is the sovereignty, and who has power over everything.
