قُلْ مَن رَّبُّ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ ٱلسَّبْعِ وَرَبُّ ٱلْعَرْشِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ
Qul mar rabbus-samāwātis-sabʿi warabbul-ʿarshil-ʿaẓīm
Say, “Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, and Lord of the Splendid Throne?”
