يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ كُونُوا۟ قَوَّٰمِينَ لِلَّهِ شُهَدَآءَ بِٱلْقِسْطِ ۖ وَلَا يَجْرِمَنَّكُمْ شَنَـَٔانُ قَوْمٍ عَلَىٰٓ أَلَّا تَعْدِلُوا۟ ۚ ٱعْدِلُوا۟ هُوَ أَقْرَبُ لِلتَّقْوَىٰ ۖ وَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ خَبِيرٌۢ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ
TRANSLITERATION
Yā ayyuhal-ladhīna āmanū kūnū qawwāmīna lillāhi shuhadāʾa bil-qisṭ, walā yajrimannakum shanaʾānu qawmin ʿalā allā taʿdilū, iʿdilū, huwa aqrabu lit-taqwā, wattaqullāh, innallāha khabīrum bimā taʿmalūn
ENGLISH TRANSLATION · TALAL ITANI
O you who believe! Be upright to God, witnessing with justice; and let not the hatred of a certain people prevent you from acting justly. Adhere to justice, for that is nearer to piety; and fear God. God is Informed of what you do.
