وَٱلسَّارِقُ وَٱلسَّارِقَةُ فَٱقْطَعُوٓا۟ أَيْدِيَهُمَا جَزَآءًۢ بِمَا كَسَبَا نَكَـٰلًا مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ
TRANSLITERATION
Was-sāriqu was-sāriqatu faqṭaʿū aydiyahumā jazāʾam bimā kasabā nakālam minallāh, wallāhu ʿazīzun ḥakīm
ENGLISH TRANSLATION · TALAL ITANI
As for the thief, whether male or female, cut their hands as a penalty for what they have reaped—a deterrent from God. God is Mighty and Wise.
