عَلَىٰٓ أَن نُّبَدِّلَ خَيْرًا مِّنْهُمْ وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَسْبُوقِينَ

ʿAlā an nubaddila khayram minhum wamā naḥnu bimasbūqīn
