هُنَالِكَ ٱلْوَلَـٰيَةُ لِلَّهِ ٱلْحَقِّ ۚ هُوَ خَيْرٌ ثَوَابًا وَخَيْرٌ عُقْبًا
Hunālikal-walāyatu lillāhil-ḥaqq, huwa khayrun thawābaw wakhayrun ʿuqbā
That is because authority belongs to God, the True. He is Best in rewarding, and Best in requiting.
