ٱلَّذِينَ كَانَتْ أَعْيُنُهُمْ فِى غِطَآءٍ عَن ذِكْرِى وَكَانُوا۟ لَا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ سَمْعًا
Al-ladhīna kānat aʿyunuhum fī ghiṭāʾin ʿan dhikrī wakānū lā yastaṭīʿūna samʿā
Those whose eyes were screened to My message, and were unable to hear.
