هَـٰذَا بَصَـٰٓئِرُ لِلنَّاسِ وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةٌ لِّقَوْمٍ يُوقِنُونَ
Hādhā baṣāʾiru lin-nāsi wahudaw waraḥmatul liqawmiy yūqinūn
This is an illumination for mankind, and guidance, and mercy for people who believe with certainty.
