يَمُنُّونَ عَلَيْكَ أَنْ أَسْلَمُوا۟ ۖ قُل لَّا تَمُنُّوا۟ عَلَىَّ إِسْلَـٰمَكُم ۖ بَلِ ٱللَّهُ يَمُنُّ عَلَيْكُمْ أَنْ هَدَىٰكُمْ لِلْإِيمَـٰنِ إِن كُنتُمْ صَـٰدِقِينَ
TRANSLITERATION
Yamunnūna ʿalayka an aslamū, qul lā tamunnū ʿalayya islāmakum, balillāhu yamunnu ʿalaykum an hadākum lil-īmāni in kuntum ṣādiqīn
ENGLISH TRANSLATION · TALAL ITANI
They regarded it a favor to you that they have submitted. Say, “Do not consider your submission a favor to me; it is God who has done you a favor by guiding you to the faith, if you are sincere.”
