۞ أَفَتَطْمَعُونَ أَن يُؤْمِنُوا۟ لَكُمْ وَقَدْ كَانَ فَرِيقٌ مِّنْهُمْ يَسْمَعُونَ كَلَـٰمَ ٱللَّهِ ثُمَّ يُحَرِّفُونَهُۥ مِنۢ بَعْدِ مَا عَقَلُوهُ وَهُمْ يَعْلَمُونَ
TRANSLITERATION
Afataṭmaʿūna ay yuʾminū lakum waqad kāna farīqum minhum yasmaʿūna kalāmallāhi thumma yuḥarrifūnahū mim baʿdi mā ʿaqalūhu wahum yaʿlamūn
ENGLISH TRANSLATION · TALAL ITANI
Do you hope that they will believe in you, when some of them used to hear the Word of God, and then deliberately distort it, even after understanding it?
