إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ تَابُوا۟ وَأَصْلَحُوا۟ وَبَيَّنُوا۟ فَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ أَتُوبُ عَلَيْهِمْ ۚ وَأَنَا ٱلتَّوَّابُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
TRANSLITERATION
Illal-ladhīna tābū waʾaṣlaḥū wabayyanū faʾulāʾika atūbu ʿalayhim, waʾanat-tawwābur-raḥīm
ENGLISH TRANSLATION · TALAL ITANI
Except those who repent, and reform, and proclaim. Those—I will accept their repentance. I am the Acceptor of Repentance, the Merciful.
