يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَرْحَمُ مَن يَشَآءُ ۖ وَإِلَيْهِ تُقْلَبُونَ
Yuʿadhdhibu may yashāʾu wayarḥamu may yashāʾ, waʾilayhi tuqlabūn
He punishes whom He wills, and He grants mercy to whom He wills, and to Him you will be restored.
