كَدَأْبِ ءَالِ فِرْعَوْنَ ۙ وَٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ ۚ كَفَرُوا۟ بِـَٔايَـٰتِ ٱللَّهِ فَأَخَذَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ بِذُنُوبِهِمْ ۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ قَوِىٌّ شَدِيدُ ٱلْعِقَابِ
TRANSLITERATION
Kadaʾbi āli firʿawna wal-ladhīna min qablihim, kafarū biʾāyātillāhi faʾakhadhahumullāhu bidhunūbihim, innallāha qawiyyun shadīdul-ʿiqāb
ENGLISH TRANSLATION · TALAL ITANI
Like the behavior of the people of Pharaoh, and those before them. They rejected the signs of God, so God seized them for their sins. God is Powerful, Severe in punishment.
