وَمَا كَانَ صَلَاتُهُمْ عِندَ ٱلْبَيْتِ إِلَّا مُكَآءً وَتَصْدِيَةً ۚ فَذُوقُوا۟ ٱلْعَذَابَ بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَكْفُرُونَ
TRANSLITERATIONWamā kāna ṣalātuhum ʿindal-bayti illā mukāʾaw wataṣdiyah, fadhūqul-ʿadhāba bimā kuntum takfurūn
ENGLISH TRANSLATION · TALAL ITANITheir prayer at the House was nothing but whistling and clapping—so taste the punishment for your blasphemy.
