ذَٰلِكَ أَن لَّمْ يَكُن رَّبُّكَ مُهْلِكَ ٱلْقُرَىٰ بِظُلْمٍ وَأَهْلُهَا غَـٰفِلُونَ
Dhālika al lam yakur rabbuka muhlikal-qurā biẓulmiw waʾahluhā ghāfilūn
That is because your Lord would not destroy towns for injustice while their inhabitants are unaware.
