قَالُوٓا۟ أَجِئْتَنَا لِنَعْبُدَ ٱللَّهَ وَحْدَهُۥ وَنَذَرَ مَا كَانَ يَعْبُدُ ءَابَآؤُنَا ۖ فَأْتِنَا بِمَا تَعِدُنَآ إِن كُنتَ مِنَ ٱلصَّـٰدِقِينَ
TRANSLITERATION
Qālū ajiʾtanā linaʿbudallāha waḥdahū wanadhara mā kāna yaʿbudu ābāʾunā, faʾtinā bimā taʿidunā in kunta minaṣ-ṣādiqīn
ENGLISH TRANSLATION · TALAL ITANI
They said, “Did you come to us to make us worship God alone, and abandon what our ancestors used to worship? Then bring us what you threaten us with, if you are truthful.”
