۞ وَإِذْ نَتَقْنَا ٱلْجَبَلَ فَوْقَهُمْ كَأَنَّهُۥ ظُلَّةٌ وَظَنُّوٓا۟ أَنَّهُۥ وَاقِعٌۢ بِهِمْ خُذُوا۟ مَآ ءَاتَيْنَـٰكُم بِقُوَّةٍ وَٱذْكُرُوا۟ مَا فِيهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَ
TRANSLITERATION
Waʾidh nataqnal-jabala fawqahum kaʾannahū ẓullatuw waẓannū annahū wāqiʿum bihim, khudhū mā ātaynākum biquwwatiw wadhkurū mā fīhi laʿallakum tattaqūn
ENGLISH TRANSLATION · TALAL ITANI
And when We suspended the mountain over them, as if it was an umbrella, and they thought it would fall on them: “Hold fast to what We have given you, and remember what it contains, so that you may be saved.”
